How do I know what is the best turf for my environment?

Can Noosa Turf, Measure, Quote, Deliver and Install?
Yes, Noosa Turf are happy to provide a free measure and quote. Once this has been accepted, delivery and installation can be arranged, no job is too small! We know soil, we know shade, we know sun, and we know turf! So we know the best possible preparation and installation process for your new turf! It’s easy and it’s affordable.
I know what I want and how much, how can I order this?
Yes, just phone through your order on 5449 1224 or complete the Order Form. We will contact you to confirm the order, process payment and arrange delivery if required.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, please phone prior to collection to ensure we are onsite and available to operate the forklift if it is required. Our turf is generally supplied on pallets (unless it is small order), so your transport will need to be able to accommodate pallet/s.
Does Noosa Turf Deliver?
Yes, Noosa Turf delivers to Coolum/Noosa/Cooroy areas for $30.00 inc GST. If you live outside these areas, please contact us.
My turf has arrived, when should I lay it?
Turf should always be installed as soon as possible after delivery, and we recommend site preparation be done the day prior to delivery. Ensure the turf is handled with care to avoid damage.
My turf has arrived, however I am unable to lay it immediately, what should I do?
If possible try and arrange to have the pallets placed in the shade, remove any wrapping and if possible lightly water the turf a few times a day to keep it cool. In our region, where it can be particularly hot, we recommend installing the turf as soon as possible to avoid deterioration.
When do I water the turf?
Water your turf as s soon as it is laid, water until it is seeping through to the soil underneath, so approximately 25mm worth. The hotter the weather the more your new turf will need to be watered, so 1 hour a day in the early evening to get your new lawn established should suffice, however you may need to check with your local council if any water restrictions are currently in place. It will take approximately 8 weeks for your new lawn to become fully established.
Now that the turf is laid, what do I do with the pallet?
